Dakota leverages his strong technical background, technical writing experience, and analytical skills to assist in conducting infringement analyses, analyses of prior art, and freedom to operate analyses.

Dakota also assists in assessing and evaluating technical materials related to litigation, for example, to assist in preparation of expert reports or questioning of expert witnesses. He collaborates closely with attorneys, inventors, and R&D teams, to help translate complex scientific concepts for use in patent prosecution and litigation.
